Campus Sustainability Office Hires Assistant |

PJ (Stephanie) Houser will join the Campus Sustainability Office staff beginning July 1st as Assistant to Noelle Studer-Spevak, Sustainability Manager for Finance and Administration. PJ is a senior in the Environmental Studies department and has been active in a variety of projects which include coordinating the Environmental Club, acting as a student senator and coordinating a Miller Grant-funded research project to assess opportunities for learning gardens at PSU. PJ recently received the Commoner Award for undergraduate sustainability leadership and traveled to Nicaragua to install water filtration systems with other PSU students.
In her new position, PJ will be researching methods for reducing paper use in campus departments, compiling annual sustainability reports and assisting Noelle Studer-Spevak. PJ is sure to bring enthusiasm and charisma to the Sustainability Office!
