PSU Recycles! student employees, with the help of volunteers, performed a scientific waste sort in November 2008 at Joseph C. Blumel Hall to assess what is in the trash and see where waste can be minimized and recycling expanded.

In November 2008, a PSU Recycles! team conducted a waste sort at the Blackstone and Montgomery Residence Halls.  This waste sort was a scientific examination of what the residents are sending to the landfill.

In November 2008, PSU Recycles! conducted a waste sort of Ondine Hall's trash to look at what type of materials residents are sending to the landfill.  The results helped the PSU Recycles! program determine what areas need to be targeted for recycling and waste prevention.

All PSU faculty, staff, and students are HIGHLY encouraged to check out the PSU Recycles! ReUse Room, located in Cramer 180.

The ReUse room is a community resource where students and staff can drop off their unused or slightly used office supplies and pick up items they might need. Currently, the ReUse Room is loaded with many great treasures that rotate daily, so you gotta come by often to see just what's in stock!

The ReUse Room is open Monday though Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Friday 10 AM to 2 PM!!! So come visit us in Cramer 180!
